I'm getting unexpected results when using the pedal. What should I do?

Can I use the wired Sustain connection on the SusEx pedal at the same time as BLE (Bluetooth Enabled Connection)?

Yes. You can connect the SusEx via wired sustain, using a standard TS cable to a separate keyboard instrument while it's connected via BLE to another device.

I'm a bedroom music producer, why do I need a SusEx pedal?

The SusEx pedal is the only pedal you need to complete your music production setup as it gives you total hands-free control over essential synth or performance parameters of every possible sampler and synth plugin, including fader automation.

I'm a guitarist. Will I still be able to use the SusEx?

Yes! If you want to control FX Pedal Plugins such as THU inside a DAW or stand-alone, the SusEx pedal is the best solution out there that is portable and multifunctional.

I'm a drummer. How is the SusEx different from regular drum trigger pedals?
