Where can I re-download or re-install my purchased products?

The installers provided in your user account are customized to include your license information and carry the authorize process in the background during installation. They are the fastest and easiest way to update or re-install all your registered products. You can sign into your user account here: https://www.applied-acoustics.com/portal/login

You may have purchased or registered products from AAS before, but that doesn't mean you've set a password to access your user account. If that's the case, you can simply register your login credentials. Once that's done, logging in your user account gives you access to your serial numbers as well as the installers for your registered products.

Can I sell or transfer my licenses?

You can sell or give your AAS instrument to someone else by filling our license transfer request form.

I have a serial number but no AAS account. Where can I download my products?

Look up your serial number and visit the Downloads page to get the latest installers.

My computer is not connected to the internet. How can I authorize my products?

Start the authorization process with your serial number, get your challenge code, then visit the Unlock page to obtain the response code.
