FREE-STANDING PACK—TH-U Marty Friedman is both a TH-U expansion pack and a Standalone plugin, meaning that it can expand the model list of an existing TH-U installation, or it can also be purchased as a self-contained pack that includes all the TH-U editing features, including the Rig Player, the Tuner, and the Looper, with no need to have a pre-existing TH-U license.

MF DEVIL LEAD: This is Marty's choice for solos, where he needs enough gain, sustain, and dynamics to deliver nuanced performances. This amp also includes a built-in noise suppressor!

MARTY FRIEDMAN TORNADO - GOLDEN ERA AMP: Marty Friedman needed an amp model to recreate his old rigs of the Megadeth golden era. The MF Tornado is the perfect power amp to dive into Marty's legendary Megadeth material. Like MF DEVIL LEAD, this amp also includes a built-in noise suppressor!

MF ETERNITY: Marty Friedman’s clean tones on songs like Tibet or Valley of Eternity were created by using a specific Quadraverb preset, connected straight into a mixing desk. This model features all the effects found on that rack, letting Marty easily dial in the perfect Megadeth clean tone.

MF BOOSTER: This is perfect for injecting energy when using a crunchy tone over a rhythm part. It will help achieve that right punch for a heavier riff or lead moment. It gives the right input signal boost to turn any crunch tone into a high-gain amp style.

SPACE MACHINE: Creates wide stereo tones: the Width knob enhances the stereo space of your tone. The Space knob creates a 'doubler' effect for wide and massive tones.

3D CABINET SIMULATION + DOUBLE IR LOADER

TH-U offers a matrix of four microphones that can be placed anywhere in the 3D space in front of and even behind the cabinet, and allows you to change the angle and pan them across the stereo field. Fluid Convolution allows you to move the microphones seamlessly and use long IRs to get realistic and true tones. A double IR loader integrated into the cabinet module allows you to load and mix IRs with the cabinet microphones. Overloud's ReSPiRe 2 technology allows you to choose between the real response of the cabinet and a processed version optimized to fit into the mix. Six different room types and 18 microphone models can be selected.

AMP TWEAK

Thanks to its innovative DSP technology, TH-U features a new panel that allows you to change the pre and power tubes models, as well as to simulate the action of a variac. This allows you to mod any amplifier model with an almost limitless combination of tubes, opening the product to new sound capabilities.

MIDI TOTAL CONTROL

Setting up a MIDI floorboard is as easy as clicking an element on the TH-U interface and pressing the corresponding pedal on the MIDI floorboard. TH-U learns the MIDI connection and makes it instantly available in any preset. Gigs have never been so much fun with TH-U!
