Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence. Employees of ILIO and companies involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Entry period: The giveaway opens September 14, 2026, when the entry form becomes available, and closes September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PDT. Entries must be received during this period.
How to enter: Submit a valid email address through ILIO’s giveaway entry form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple email addresses do not provide additional entries. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. No purchase, marketing subscription, social media follow, share, or tag is required.
Prize: Three winners will receive one software license each for Lounge Lizard EP-5 by Applied Acoustics Systems. Approximate retail value: $199.00 USD. The prize is software, not a physical electric piano. A compatible computer is required. No cash alternative or transfer is permitted, except where required by law. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Winner selection and notification: Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 7, 2026, and notified at the email address provided. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days of notification and may be required to verify eligibility. A Canadian potential winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being confirmed. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails the required question, an alternate may be selected. The prize will be delivered electronically within five days after confirmation.
Email use and privacy: Entry emails will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver the prize, as described in ILIO’s Privacy Policy. Marketing emails will be sent only to entrants who separately opt in. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

Administration: ILIO may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process.
