March 22, 2024—Overloud has announced a free update for TH-U Premium that includes the new premium model The Centuria. The Centuria is the most advanced and accurate emulation of the Klon Centaur* and was created with Overloud’s Fluid Capture technology. This new effect model is only available for owners of TH-U Premium. To celebrate this release, you can get TH-U Premium and upgrades to TH-U Premium at 50% OFF.
The Centuria emulation offers two different mods in addition to the original circuit. The C14 mod extends the action of the Tone control knob. The Fat mod makes the model suitable for bass guitars by extending the low end.
Overloud’s Fluid Capture is the only technology able to capture the exact tone of a device and, at the same time, replicate the full dynamic of each knob. This is done by capturing the device at multiple settings and retrofitting the model to recreate the sampled tone.
The Centuria is a premium model – a high value model available only in TH-U Premium. Other premium models exclusive to TH-U Premium are: Tri-Chorus, Phase Stone, the Cat, and all Randall and THD amplifiers.
How to Get the TH-U FREE Update:
Open TH-U in your DAW (or standalone) and you will be prompted by a pop-up indicating that there is a "New Version Available." You can also log into your Overloud user account to manually download updates.
